Childhood Reality
Privacy Policy

Childhood Reality does not collect any personal data. It has no accounts and no sign-in, shows no advertising, contains no analytics or tracking of any kind, and makes no network requests. It is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device.
What is stored, and where
The game keeps two things, both in its own private storage on your phone, and neither of them leaves the device:
- Your saved games
- The character name you type, your level, gold, attributes, the skills and equipment you own, where you are standing in the world, which stages you have cleared, and how long you have played.
- Your language choice
- Whether you are playing in English, 繁體中文, 日本語 or Español.
The character name is whatever you type into the game. It is used to address you in the story and is never transmitted anywhere, so there is no need for it to be your real one.
What is not collected
- No name, email address, phone number or postal address.
- No account, login, or social sign-in.
- No location, precise or approximate.
- No advertising identifier (IDFA / AAID), and no advertising of any kind.
- No analytics, crash reporting or usage statistics.
- No contacts, photos, calendar, health or files.
- No microphone or camera access. The game plays sound; it never records any.
- No purchases inside the game — the gold is part of the story.
Third parties
There are none. The game embeds no advertising network, no analytics service, no crash reporter and no social media SDK, and it does not contact any server belonging to us or to anyone else. All of its artwork, music and text are bundled inside the app, so it works with the phone in airplane mode.
Apple and Google will, separately from this game, record that you downloaded it. That is between you and the store you downloaded it from, and is covered by their own privacy policies rather than this one.
Children
The game is suitable for all ages and is drawn to be gentle — there is no blood, no gore, and no chat, messaging or user-generated content of any kind. Because nothing at all is collected, nothing is collected from children either, knowingly or otherwise.
Deleting your data
Deleting individual saves is a control inside the game, on the title screen. Deleting the app removes everything it stored, permanently and immediately. There is no copy anywhere else, so there is nothing to request from us and nothing we could return, correct or erase on your behalf.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA in California give you rights to see, correct, export or delete the personal data a company holds about you, and to object to it being sold or shared. We hold none: no personal data is collected, stored on our systems, transmitted, sold or shared, and none ever has been. Those rights therefore have nothing to operate on here. You may still write to us at the address below with any question about this.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the game ever collects anything — it has no plans to — this page will be updated before that version ships, and the date at the top will change. Material changes will also be described in the release notes on the store listing.

儲存了什麼，存在哪裡
遊戲只保存兩樣東西，都放在手機上屬於這個 App 的私有儲存空間裡， 兩者都不會離開你的裝置：
- 你的存檔
- 你輸入的角色名稱、等級、金幣、屬性、已擁有的技能與裝備、 你目前站在世界的哪個位置、已通關的關卡，以及你玩了多久。
- 你的語言選擇
- 你是用 English、繁體中文、日本語還是 Español 在玩。
角色名稱是你自己打進遊戲裡的字。它只用來在故事中稱呼你， 不會被傳送到任何地方，所以不需要是你的真實姓名。
不會收集的東西
- 不收集姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼或通訊地址。
- 沒有帳號、沒有登入、沒有社群帳號登入。
- 不收集位置資訊，無論精確或概略。
- 不使用廣告識別碼（IDFA／AAID），也沒有任何形式的廣告。
- 沒有數據分析、當機回報或使用統計。
- 不存取通訊錄、相片、行事曆、健康資料或檔案。
- 不存取麥克風或相機。遊戲會播放聲音，但從不錄製任何聲音。
- 遊戲內沒有任何付費項目 —— 金幣是故事的一部分。
第三方
沒有任何第三方。遊戲沒有嵌入廣告聯播網、分析服務、當機回報工具或社群媒體 SDK， 也不會連線到我們或任何其他人的伺服器。所有美術、音樂與文字都打包在 App 內， 因此把手機切到飛航模式一樣可以正常遊玩。
Apple 與 Google 會在這款遊戲之外，各自記錄你下載過它。 那是你與下載平台之間的事，適用的是他們自己的隱私權政策，而不是本政策。
兒童
本遊戲適合所有年齡，美術風格刻意溫和 —— 沒有血腥、沒有血肉描寫， 也沒有任何聊天、訊息或使用者生成內容。 由於我們根本不收集任何資料，自然也不會、無論有意或無意，從兒童身上收集到任何資料。
刪除你的資料
刪除個別存檔是遊戲內的功能，位於標題畫面。 刪除 App 會立即且永久移除它儲存的一切。 別的地方沒有任何副本，所以你不需要向我們提出任何請求， 我們也沒有任何資料可以代你返還、更正或抹除。
你的權利

何が、どこに保存されるか
ゲームが保存するのは次の2つだけで、いずれも端末内のアプリ専用ストレージに置かれ、 端末の外に出ることはありません：
- セーブデータ
- あなたが入力したキャラクター名、レベル、所持金、能力値、習得した技能と装備、 世界のどこに立っているか、クリアしたステージ、そしてプレイ時間。
- 言語設定
- English、繁體中文、日本語、Español のどれでプレイしているか。
キャラクター名はあなたが自由に入力した文字です。物語の中で呼びかけるためだけに使われ、 どこにも送信されないので、本名である必要はありません。
収集しないもの
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所は収集しません。
- アカウント、ログイン、ソーシャルログインはありません。
- 位置情報は、正確なものも大まかなものも収集しません。
- 広告識別子（IDFA／AAID）は使用せず、いかなる広告も表示しません。
- 解析、クラッシュレポート、利用統計は一切ありません。
- 連絡先、写真、カレンダー、ヘルスケア、ファイルにアクセスしません。
- マイクやカメラにアクセスしません。音を再生はしますが、録音は一切しません。
- アプリ内課金はありません —— 金貨は物語の一部です。
第三者
第三者は存在しません。広告ネットワーク、解析サービス、クラッシュレポーター、 ソーシャルメディアSDKのいずれも組み込んでおらず、当方や他者のサーバーに接続することもありません。 アートも音楽もテキストもすべてアプリ内に同梱されているため、機内モードのままでも遊べます。
なお、Apple と Google は本ゲームとは別に、あなたがこれをダウンロードした事実を記録します。 それはあなたとダウンロード元のストアとの間の事柄であり、 本ポリシーではなく各社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
お子様について
本ゲームは全年齢向けで、意図的に穏やかな絵柄で描かれています —— 流血やグロテスクな描写はなく、チャット、メッセージ、 ユーザー生成コンテンツの類も一切ありません。 そもそも何も収集していないため、お子様から情報を収集することも、 意図的にも偶発的にもありません。
データの削除
個別のセーブデータの削除は、タイトル画面にあるゲーム内の機能です。 アプリを削除すれば、保存されていたものはすべて即座に、そして完全に消えます。 他のどこにも複製は存在しないため、当方に請求していただくものはなく、 当方が代わりに返還・訂正・消去できるものもありません。
あなたの権利
欧州のGDPRやカリフォルニア州のCCPAなどのプライバシー法は、 企業が保有するあなたの個人情報を閲覧・訂正・移転・削除する権利や、 その販売や共有に異議を唱える権利を認めています。当方は何も保有していません： 個人情報を収集せず、システムに保存せず、送信せず、販売も共有もしておらず、 これまで一度もありません。したがって、それらの権利がここで行使する対象は存在しません。 ご質問があれば、下記の連絡先までお気軽にご連絡ください。
本ポリシーの変更
将来のバージョンで何かを収集することになった場合 —— その予定はありませんが —— そのバージョンの配信前に本ページを更新し、冒頭の日付も変更します。 重要な変更については、ストアのリリースノートにも記載します。

Childhood Reality no recopila ningún dato personal. No tiene cuentas ni inicio de sesión, no muestra publicidad, no contiene analíticas ni seguimiento de ningún tipo, y no realiza ninguna petición de red. Es un juego para un solo jugador que funciona por completo en tu dispositivo.
Qué se guarda y dónde
El juego guarda dos cosas, ambas en el almacenamiento privado de la propia aplicación en tu teléfono, y ninguna de ellas sale del dispositivo:
- Tus partidas guardadas
- El nombre de personaje que escribes, tu nivel, oro, atributos, las habilidades y el equipo que posees, dónde te encuentras en el mundo, qué etapas has superado y cuánto tiempo has jugado.
- Tu elección de idioma
- Si juegas en English, 繁體中文, 日本語 o Español.
El nombre de personaje es lo que tú escribas en el juego. Se usa para dirigirse a ti en la historia y nunca se transmite a ninguna parte, así que no hace falta que sea tu nombre real.
Qué no se recopila
- Ningún nombre, correo electrónico, teléfono ni dirección postal.
- Ninguna cuenta, inicio de sesión ni acceso con redes sociales.
- Ninguna ubicación, ni precisa ni aproximada.
- Ningún identificador publicitario (IDFA / AAID), y ninguna publicidad de ningún tipo.
- Ninguna analítica, informe de fallos ni estadística de uso.
- Ningún acceso a contactos, fotos, calendario, salud o archivos.
- Ningún acceso al micrófono ni a la cámara. El juego reproduce sonido; nunca graba nada.
- Ninguna compra dentro del juego: el oro es parte de la historia.
Terceros
No hay ninguno. El juego no incorpora ninguna red publicitaria, ningún servicio de analítica, ningún informador de fallos ni ningún SDK de redes sociales, y no contacta con ningún servidor nuestro ni de nadie más. Todo su arte, su música y su texto van incluidos dentro de la aplicación, así que funciona con el teléfono en modo avión.
Apple y Google registrarán, de forma independiente a este juego, que lo has descargado. Eso es un asunto entre tú y la tienda desde la que lo descargaste, y se rige por sus propias políticas de privacidad, no por esta.
Menores
El juego es apto para todas las edades y está dibujado para ser amable: no hay sangre, no hay vísceras, y no hay chat, mensajería ni contenido generado por los usuarios de ningún tipo. Como no se recopila absolutamente nada, tampoco se recopila nada de los menores, ni a sabiendas ni de otro modo.
Cómo borrar tus datos
Borrar partidas concretas es una opción dentro del juego, en la pantalla de título. Desinstalar la aplicación elimina todo lo que había guardado, de forma permanente e inmediata. No existe ninguna copia en ningún otro sitio, así que no hay nada que solicitarnos ni nada que pudiéramos devolver, corregir o borrar en tu nombre.
Tus derechos
Leyes de privacidad como el RGPD en Europa y la CCPA en California te dan derecho a consultar, corregir, exportar o borrar los datos personales que una empresa tenga sobre ti, y a oponerte a que se vendan o se compartan. Nosotros no tenemos ninguno: no se recopila, ni se almacena en nuestros sistemas, ni se transmite, ni se vende ni se comparte ningún dato personal, y nunca lo ha habido. Por tanto, esos derechos no tienen aquí nada sobre lo que operar. Aun así, puedes escribirnos a la dirección de abajo con cualquier duda al respecto.
Cambios en esta política
Si alguna versión futura del juego llegara a recopilar algo —no está previsto—, esta página se actualizará antes de que esa versión se publique, y cambiará la fecha de arriba. Los cambios importantes se describirán también en las notas de la versión en la ficha de la tienda.
